Well i just put my new exaust on my truck this morning. Took about 2hrs total with coffee breaks. I never had to remove the spare tire, and never jacked the truck up. Everything was straight forward and easy. Since i have the 6.5' bed on my supercrew i did not have to cut anything. It sounds real nice and rumbly not too loud, just right for me. I bought at MBRP XP Series Sport Truck Exhaust Systems - Ford Vehicles - Gasoline - TruckCustomizers.com
I have a Gibson catback on my 07 and the tail pipe interferes with installing a sway bar.
The sway bar bolt goes up right where the tail pipe passes by the spare. The bar mounts towards the rear instead of front of the axle. I am working on finding a muffler shop that can bend 3" pipe to modify the tail pipe so I can mount the sway bar. I remember reading about this problem but forgot until I tried to mount the Hellwig bar.

Swaybar? Are you "racing" in the mountains? The outboard shocks, unless they are blown leave no "sway" in the truck...I saw some Truck "Wings" at Autozone that will help with stability issues at 150mph +....

FWIW, I ran the Hellwig bar on my Heritage body style F150's and it made a world of difference. So, when I picked up my 07, I added the bar. It was a complete waste of money. The factory set up, with good shocks, is all you need. My bar came out when I installed my magnaflow system because I ran into the same location problem.
