I haven't been on here much lately since I have been on vacation, but I have done a few things the past couple of weeks. I put on a MBRP 4 inch turbo back dual stack kit. The exhaust fit perfectly. I have no complaints on the exhaust. I also put factory air conditioning in the truck. Since I bought it in Alaska it didn't have AC. I ordered a kit from a nice guy out of Joplin, MO and to my surprise everything fit perfectly. I actually got everything bolted on and the system charged in 3 hours and it works great. The last thing is my tranny. I guess I cooked it on the way down here. I have a guy that loves 4r100s rebuilding one for me right now. He says it will handle 1000 ft lbs and haul 35,000 lbs all day long. I will pick it up next week. Sorry for the long thread, just thought I would tell yall what I have been up to.
Nice to hear from yaa, congrats on the Mbrp stacks and air-co. Sorry to hear about the trans. Just wondering, what is the cost ratio between rebuilding your trans and just plopping down for a bts?

That all depends on where you live, for me to get a BTs shipped, installed and to have the core sent back was just as much as getting mine rebuilt here at home.
The tranny is still going, I am just getting a bad shudder when the torque converter is locking up and it is slipping on the 1-2 shift. He is rebuilding a tranny that he already has so that all he has to do is pull mine out and put the new one in. It is costing me $2600 installed, and it is only about 3 miles from the house to his shop.

If you're happy with the tranny after the install, be sure to share his name with the rest of us. It's always nice to have another option.
