I put them about 8 inches higher than the cab because I was worried about getting soot all over the truck.

Now your gonna have to get a sticker that i,m making up that says" MY LITTLE LARGE CAR" refering to the stacks out of that peterbuilt large car. Nice huuh?

I am happy for you with the good stuff. Hate to hear about the trans. Your stacks look great. I wish I could put stacks on mine, but with the fuel tank and tool box, don't think I can.
