They can go down to something like 600 rev/mile, which I don't think covers 35" and taller well. You can get a specmo box like superlift's truspeed or granatelli has a couple and several other manufactures. However you going to pay half of what a tuner will cost on any of those. A tuner is the way to go since you will be able to correct the speedo to a degree and tune for power or economy.
