Well since my camping plans got cancelled for the weekend due to the 11 inches of rain the area receieved Thrusday night I got some shop time to rebuild my t-pipe and get my stacks back on! These are the stacks that came with my truck but the t-pipe and under truck piping was a joke. stock pipe hacked up underneath and 3 inch inlet into a 3x3 square tubing to 6 inch stacks. It flowed terrible. So no I have 3 inch dowpipe straight to 5 inch pipe (had all that with my side pipe then built the y splitter and the rest of the in bed pipe. I will be ording new 6 inch turn outs soon as the chrome is bad on these stacks. but they still look decent
Never having had stacks except on a crawler and when it rained or even when it didn't I put a soup can on the stack. You said that you just got 11 inches of rain and I figured you were inside but what do you do if your not inside and you get 11 inches of rain. (Parked, not running 70MPH)

Old Faithful.......
never had much problem. Never had in sit thru 11 inches of rain but even wet heavy snow in the winter doesn't seem to an issue. I have gotten sooty spots on stuff in the bed after starting it wet. But other than that no issue. After I get the turn outs its won't be an issue.
speaking of weather I forgot to mention that I wanted better pics but I heard thunder so I ran out and got those pics then as snapped the last one pea/marble size hail started falling! not good! no dents though.
Stacks look good TJ now only if a guy could here them hmmm hint hint lol
We just got hit with that rain too many people with flooded basements, highway wash outs, and hydro dams opening up because they cant hold all the water, flooding out residents along the rivers
I am starting to like the looks of stacks, but dont want the mess of cleaning my fifth wheel of everytime I pull it 100 miles from the black soot. Its the only thing holdiong me back.

That just means you need taller stacks! lol. What about getting some bull hauler style? That might put the smoke farther out.
Thats really not a bad idea. I dont know how I would like the looks of the 4 inch pipe behind my wheel, AND the 5 inch stacks behind my window though.....
