Yeah cant beat the ol muscle cars i really like some of the ol 50s cars some sweet ones
dam too bad that car didnt have an engine maybe a good project for me wonder how hard would it be to put in a 5.0 HO
if you threw in a 5.0 5spd Fom i would probably take er i wouldnt mind taking it as is but i dont know i have no experience putting in an engine or the tools shop etc
Yeah I know I like the chrome bumpers, chrome grills, that sorta thing too. Not necessarily of any particular time era even, Ive seen some of those ugly to me 50s cars with amazing amounts of chrome on them.
Ah well. Least a guy can get 40-60 mpg in the plastic bubbles haha.
This one is has some rust with afew dents but I do have a farirly sweet and some what rust free 79 Mustang Ghia hatch back sitting around.....It`s perfect for a pro street machine/460.
I never did see that one at your farm. Too bad its a 79 and not an 89
The very same car body with different trim and minor up grades.
It`s not hard to make an 89 out of a 79 with a parts donor vehicle.
Your right Dustin, there is no power train in the 79.
It had the 5.0/5 sp that`s going in the seller`s 56 Ford car. The rest of the car is pretty ruff and has rust so it was parted out. Some good parts left on it like decent seats and an 8.8 rear end for the 83 convert if I end up keeping it.
