Bad Ground?

Hey[br]
I had 2 subs and an amp hooked up in my Bronco just to listen to them, but the amp never turned on, and I KNOW it works, and my headunit started to get a little toasty.. Well it all works still, and I had all the wires hooked in correctly, but Im not sure if I had a bad ground? Where do BII owners usually run a ground wire if there are any BII owners with subs... Thanks

Bad Ground?

There are 3 posiblities:
*Remote turn on lead from cd player has a bad connection in amp or cd player
*Power wire, bad battery connection or fuse/fuse holder problem, or back connection to amp
*your ground wire isn't grounded or or bad connection

A good ground area is were you seatbelt bolts into the floor, its near you amp plus its what many people use.
The are many testers for a ground, an auto parts store will probably do it for no charge.
