Speedometer Reprograming and Service Code Reset

What exactly do I need to reprogram my spedometer, view service codes and reset service lights for a 2003 Explorer Sportrac?

I changed differential ratios and tires and the spedometer is now way off, also i am getting the service light (this time it was a fuel pressure regulator) but i would like to check and reset them myself.

I hate to say it but your local Ford dealer can. It sounds like you have a OBD reader. A bi-directional reader can reset codes. All in all, the cheapest is to have the dealer recalibrate the speedo.
