please help me

i have a 03 sport trac and recently the check engine light came on,, so awhile went by like 3 weeks or so and it started missing really bad at idle shaking etc, but when you acellerate it is okay, the code said left and right cylinder bank too lean,, can you all help me figure this issue? thank you,

what was the actual code(s) - O2 sensor? Coil Pack? - the code(s) are a good place to start, or it's all a guess...
