No its carbed. The reason why I chose carbed over fi is with the fi you only gain about 10 horse and your boat takes even longer to plane out. With the carb I lose about 5 mpg of top speed but see quite a gain in take off in regards to planing out.
If you know anything about inboards, it takes them long enough to plane out!
my uncle had one with the 3.0L mercury inboard in it, fuel injected... was a nice boat, but you're right, took a while to get up and go. now a 350 horse stinger...
