I just got rid of mine on my 06 and I had 34k on them. I probably could have gotten another 3-4k out of them, but I didn't like them. I went and got some Toyo Open Country ATs and they are awesome.
I have 37,000 on mine and they look like they will go another 20,000 easy.
Only issue with that is as slippery as they are with good tread, I dont really want to find out what they are like almost worn out!!
I have just over 20K on my conti's and I find no bad characteristics where and how I drive. However, for the next go around I will be going with the Michelin LTX A/T2 tires. I find them to be the best choice for my needs. You might want to check these out before you buy.

I went through two sets of 18" Contis on my 05 F250. Got 50K miles on each and probably could have gone 55 to 60K. I switched to the Michelin AT2 and love the tire. It's just a little bigger than the Conti, better traction, and they ride great. I have 10K on them so far and they are showing now wear at all. I expect to get well over 60K on this set of Michelins. But they are much more expensive than the Contis.
