Not really a diesel type question so likely the mods will move this even though I don't read the other forums here.
But what the hell.
Do any of you use an under bed tool box? I'm looking for a pair that would be good and secure to go under the flat bed.
Most of the ones I've seen frankly a good crowbar and 15 seconds will open right up.

Do you mean under the bed, or just below the bed rails? If you just want a below the rail box, you can look into a job box at the tool stores or something like the 2nd one here Tool Boxes

I know some of the guys use them for work so thought I'd throw a line out here and see what people like.

Flat bed. I'm with you now, and know what you mean. Does it have to be pretty? I've used 3/16" steel strap and placed it on the sides and top of the boxes leaving it hanging over the front about 2" so you can't get good leverage with a pry bar to get them open.
Those boxes are too thin. Even if you have a good lock system, the doors are weak enough that they can be bent with a pry bar.
