Transmission ID

I have a 1991 Ford F150, 4x4, 302 V8, 5 speed manual transmission.
I am replacing the clutch, and while I have it off, I am replacing the rear main seal and rear transmission seal. auto zone is asking which one do i have,
ZF or Mazda, and I have no idea. Door Trans code says "M"
The VIN# does not tell me. There is a white tag on the right side of the transmission that says: FYTA GA
A186778

Can anyone tell by this which one I have so I can get the transmission seal?

Probably the Mazda. Do you have "carlike" ratios and use 1st to take off? (Mazda)

Or is first fairly low? (ZF)

Scroll down a bit, pics of both.
