ac vacumn problems need help
Well my vacumn pump runs all the time the guy at ford said I have a vacumn leak. But they want 89.00 an hour to hunt the leak down. Is there any way I can do it myself

Check the vac canister and the transfer valve/switch on the fender well - thats where the vac lines for the ESOF and heat/ac controls plug in. My transfer switch went bad a while back - $49.00 dealer part

if it's got the automatic hubs, chances are that's where the vacuum leak is, in the lines running to the hubs..
I don't know who they bought their tubing from, but that is the rottin'-est out stuff I ever did see...
