2002 F550...

I may have stumbled upon the deal of my life time! I am a Jeep man, just to get that out of the way, and was asking around through some buddies of mine about a dana 60 front axle out of a newer F series superduty. I got a call back about a 2002 F550 that was used for a parts truck that the guy would sell for $1,500!!!! I have not seen the truck yet (it might very well be too good to be true) but if the thing rolls, its a great deal! I was wondering how easy would it be to part out, depending on the condition of course, and how hard it is to convert the front axle to a single wheel configuration. Any feed back will be appreciated and I will post some pics tomorrow night if the vehicle warrants it...
