THanks guys.

The blue was actually my fourth choice in color. I wanted a White with Grey two tone 1st, Platinum 2nd and Silver 3rd. I like the lighter colors because they are easier to clean. I bought the truck at the end of 2004 so the choices were limited.

Now that I have the blue I really like it though.

I hear ya on keeping the dark colors clean. But like your truck, when that blue is nice and clean, it really stands out and looks good. Personally, when clean that blue looks better than any other F150 color. Just my opinion.

Check my gallery, my last F150 was exactly that color. Too bad the pictures aren't as good quality as yours though.

My last truck was Black, and I swore that I would never have a dark truck again, but after I saw that color, I fell in love with it. My truck was an 2006 close out, so they searched all over for the color, with the package and options I wanted and found it 200 miles away. Its tough keepin it clean, but when it is, it makes you feel good and it gets noticed and the compliments keep coming where ever you go!

Your truck looks great ! What does that size tire work out to in old school size? I never did get the metric sizing down. I'm used to lets say, 31 x 11.5 x 18.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the info. I just went with the 2" auto spring for the front and don't know if I can get away with that size tire. Sure does look good on yours.

The series is the Gunner 6. Mine are the Anthracite Machined finish.

Thanks for the compliment.
