85 302, Flex plate info needed..

85 302, Flex plate info needed..

I have a 1985 302 in my 64 f100, and am changing it from a 3 on the tree to a 87 AOD, I am told I need a 50oz flexplate, But dont know which ring gear is required. I see 164 and 157 ring gear flexplates avalible... Any help would be appreciated..
