np435 ?s

i was workin on my np 435 i got from a parts truck i think its out of a 78 F250 i could be wrong and pulled the out put shaft out on accident im not sure if that made somthing inside fall out of place becuse now its in 1st were as be for it was in nutral i. i also am looking for a diagram for this tranny.how easy are thes to dissassemble and reassemble i have never done this kinda tranny before
any help would be great

google search "NP435 Exploded view", look around, fiddle a bit and you'll find this:

drivetrain.com discount automotive and truck parts

Which will lead you to this:

NP435 Manual Transmission Chrysler Dodge illustrated parts drawings.

Don't worry that it's Chrysler/Dodge, the internals are the same.

prob slid a shift fork off.
they really arent too hard to work on tho...

also, if u had the top off..sometimes you miss a fork when putting it back on.
make sure they all aligning right...it can be somewhat tricky
