A friend has a 92 F250 4X4 w/a 460 that the front tires cup on the inside. He has had it aligned a couple of times and they always tell him that they have adjusted it to the max. I know that the Dodge guys have an after market kit that will allow for more adjustment of the front end. Is there such a thing for his Ford?
Thanks for any help you can give on this.

I don't know about a kit for that but where did he have it aligned at? If it was not a quality place they may not be checking the right things. The truck likely has the TTI front suspension. If the front springs have become weak a realignment may not fix the problem. My cousin had a similar problem with his '96 F-250. (now my truck) He put an add-a-leaf kit on it and the problem went away.
It sounds like this may be your friends problem. I suggest putting an add-a-leaf on the front and then taking it to a quality alignment place. They will also tell him if there are any other problems that need to be addressed before they can align the truck.
