ok, i have a dilema. in my moms car we have tha factorey installed cd changer mounted where tha rear speakers are, and it skips greatly when tha bass it up all tha way and tha volume is set at 4 notches (i know its frum tha bass), so could i install it on tha back of tha rear seat. also when i apply tha brake it skips, i mean i jus lighty push it and it does it....wut gives...ne help would he welcomed

My opinion...its better to install the unit on the back of the seat. My previous CD changer skipped all the time when the bass was hitting hard. I had it mounted to the floor right behind my sub boxes. Once i mounted it to the back of the seat everything was fine.
