Hi

I just got a 1996 E-150 with 5.0 302 engine, has 4 wheel ABS on it, when i start the engine i got abs light on as normal to check the light and then turn off, an stay off but sometimes when i driving turns on it coul be 1 minute or 40 minutes between i start driving and my lamp goes on, if i turn off the engine and start again the light goes off and seems to work ok after a few minutes it will turn on again.

i want to retrieve the codes from ABS computer but it seems that on this model if i want to retrive the codes with an scaner i need a cable adapter and conect to a diferent conector, does anybody has an idea of what is the wiring diagram for this cable or another procedure to retrieve the codes without a scanner?the ABS Cable as three wires on it. or do you have any sugestion of what i should check?.
