Pressure checking my 460
Me and a friend did a compression check today and this is what I have.

What should be a good pressure for a '76 F250 460?
I haven't done too much research yet, but I've read that I might get better low end torque from the longer stroke of the 400. Is this true? If so, this swap will most likely be short term (a year or so) while I rebuild my 351M into a decent 400.
So, I'm looking for advice: Should I go ahead and do the swap?
Or
Should I stick it out a little longer with the 351M and do a rebuild on the 460?
FWIW: If I do the swap now, I'll replace the oil pump just in case. Also, the 460 has had a new double roller timing chain and new cam in the last year or two.
BTW: I know this post is borderline on being inappropriate for this forum, but I am asking about a 460...
Was the engine hot or cold?
How long has the engine sat for?
The 460 swap is not all that easy you well need different motor mount and towers for sure.
If you are just looking for a engine to replace your 351 while you build it then find another 351m or a 400 because they well just bolt right in.
I will be doing some weekend rework things here and there, but nothing that's going to take it off the road for an extended period of time.
I have a '76 F250 that I'm pulling the 460 out of, so I'm thinking those mounts will transfer over to my '78.
The engine was dead cold and has been sitting for at least three weeks.
