Worked on a 2000 Expy 5.4L (w/214k miles) yesterday.
Customer complaint: CEL was on and he had just changed the HO2S-21.
I checked the codes and there was only ONE: P1151.
No other codes and no codes pending!

P1151 is a "Lack Of HO2S-21 Switch, Sensor Indicates Lean".
Since it only effects Bank 2, I doubt it is a PCV vacuum leak, or MAF issue, etc, as they should effect both banks (and throw multiple codes).
I graphed the HO2S through the DLC and its flat-lining at 0 volts (just like the PCM said). Only things that came to my mind was maybe an exhaust leak on Bank 2 (which I couldn't find) or maybe a leaky injector on Bank 2, or a bad wire leading from the O2 sensor to pin 87 of the PCM. Maybe the new O2 sensor is bad?
Anyone run into a SINGLE DTC of P1151?
BTW, anyone know where I can find the pin number sequence for the 104 pin ECM connector?
