Posi
"Posi", the shortened term for GM's "Positraction", was a limited slip diff used in GM vehicles.
Ford used "Equalok" and later just plain "limited slip". The designs are similar, but some have distinct differences, such as spring loaded ramps vs. clutches.
So you have a 1995 F150 with a limited slip axle and you want to change gears, is that what you are asking?
That would probably be an 8.8 inch Ford axle, and you can get gears at a number of places:

This is just one, they show prices and labor for set up so you can get an idea.
FORGET going to the scrappy and getting used gears. If you are going to regear, use new gears and bearings.
What ratio do you have now? Tire size? What ratio do you want? What engine & trans? Tow? 4x4? Haul? City? Highway?
