computer progarm help

My kids are spending more time on the net these days and the way i work it is hard to keep up where the go and who they talk to is their a program out their that can help me thanx ricky

There is one called Net Nanny that I have heard of, but have never used it myself..

You can always check the temporary internet folder to check the sites they go to..

Also Internet has a built in content adviser that you can setup to require a password to access sites.. It is kind of a pain to use though..

It restricts access to some sites you may want them to access..

You can try that and see if it is good for what you want..
