look at which one goes into your water filter, that's the feed, at least on the 6.9, it goes up towards the brake master cylinder into the water filter which is in that area along the firewall, then comes out the filter and drops down and crosses over below the engine to the passenger side of the motor and goes into the mech pump up to the fuel filter, I can tell u which one for sure tomorrow night top or bottom because I'll be under there after work again but either way u should make sure for yourself no matter what someone tells you and the easiest way is just to see which one goes up that firewall over by the brake master cylinder. The return line comes from near the back of the motor near the back of the intake behind and below the air filter, in that area, and drops down along the drivers side of the motor a bit before it crosses over to the frame rail. Hope that helps
The 94's have the water separator on the filter, so you would need to trace to it. I think the 94's still have mechanical transfer pumps, so follow the line to the motor, and you will have your feed line. the return will come off the back of the injector return lines.
the lines to and from the tanks run on the drivers side of the frame rail, but does the feed on a 94 cross over to the passenger side below the motor close to the oil pan? if so that should be very easy to track down
