rough starting out
My truck seemed to have the "stiction" symptoms. Starts fine but runs really rough until warmed up. I had 10w30 dino in it then changed to Mobil 1 5w40 synthetic along with a treatment of HSS. The symptoms got worse instead of better. I finally took it in to the dealership and they said it was the glow plug control module so they changed it. I asked them about injectors and they said they were fine. Now the roughness doesn't start until I'm two or three minutes down the road, lasts until its warm (which seems to take less time) then disappears. They also told me that if the new GPCM didn't fix the problem they would need the truck overnight so they could start it from dead cold. What could this be?
