Getting in touch with TW

My truck won't start with my chip, so I have been chipless for over a month

Sent him an email and a phone call at least 3-4 weeks back. Anybody know long he usually takes?

Call again. I recently found out Tony has a real job and this stuff is his evening work. Busy guy!!!

Tony sez when the truck won't start with the chip installed to check and clean your contacts as that is usually the cause of that particular symptom. Of course I'm sure you have already checked that.
