I have put decimal drill bits in my dremel and drilled out jets in emergencies when I haven’t had the proper size jets available. I haven’t a clue as to what would use #39 jets in a 735cfm carb. That is a lot of air with very little gas.

Sorry I could not get back to you in a short time but sounds like you are on the right track anyway, After you drive it a ways pull a few plugs and make sure you are not too lean as those jets work well in 600 cfm carbs and may be a bit lean for one over 700 cfm. But the spark plugs will tell you what you need to know. Hope it runs good for a long time!
