long time member first time poster 2006 lincoln mark lt bought new in jan 07 bf goodrich tires are developing stress cracks brought truck in to rotate tires my guy comes back and said these tires are junk and need to be replaced under warranty,he says it shouldnt be a problem to warranty them so he suggests some new michelins instead of the oem tires never had any ride issues with the bf,s so my question is should i go with the michelins or not? any suggestions?
I can tell you that I changed to Michelins and love them. I went to the A/T2 and it have a good ride. Some of the other guys have the M/S tires and love them. I don't think you will go wrong with the Michelins. just my .02
im under the impression that they will pro rate them my tire guy measured the depth of the tread today and i have only 12141 miles on them, and i have to go back thursday for the rep to look at
On my 04, I got over 60000 on my BFGs with no issues. I just took them off since they've been on the wear beads for a few months. But I agree, Michelins are a great tire as well.
