I took my son to a Suzuki dealer near Charlotte cause he wanted to look at a new car there. While we was there the salesman was telling us that Suzuki will be selling trucks here in the US. Models ranging from 4x2 to 4x4 in regular cab, extended cab,and crew cab with a V6 engine. He showed us a picture of a crew cab sprayed in Rhino lining from top to bottom, with waterproof seats to appeal to hunters and fisherman. From the size of their vehicles it won't be very big.
I have a friend that bought a new Suzuki and it has been in the shop for 3 months trying to find out what is wrong with it. Right now they are getting ready to move out of state and need it back. To the dealers credit they did provide them with a loaner car. They said that they would allow a trade in on another Suzuki, but they don't want another one after the experience with the one they have now.
3 months.... Long enough to R&R everything on the vehicle in a trial and error method of fixing it. And they still can't do it. Raises questions about how a Suzuki dealer is selected and who gets a dealership. Maybe guys finally thrown overboard by Toyota.....
