Were these offered in Supercab form or regular cab only ??? and does anyone have production numbers on them for both 3/4 and 1 ton versions...if theres a differentiation for 2 and 4wd that would be a bonus too...

There are no production figures available, Ford lumped all the F350's production figures together.
All 1973/79 SCS's are F350 Regular Cabs (no F250 SCS's were ever offered) on a 140" wheelbase, shared with only the Trailer Special.
So Bill, is there any idea of the # of 140" wb built? I am looking at a 73 SCS, and wondering if I should, (I mean, I KNOW I SHOULD) but I am not the only one I have to convince! for some reason, she thinks she has a say in it....

Unlike earlier years, there are no production figures inre to the various styles/chassis types for most 1973/79 F350's.
1973 F350 production figures show 54,073 F350's assembled.
1974 F350 figures lump all the F350 Stylesides together at 11,269.
1975 F350 figures show "Cab Pickup" at 41,616 and Super Cab at 2,816.
