Were these offered in Supercab form or regular cab only ??? and does anyone have production numbers on them for both 3/4 and 1 ton versions...if theres a differentiation for 2 and 4wd that would be a bonus too...

All 1973/79 SCS's are F350 Regular Cabs (no F250 SCS's were ever offered) on a 140" wheelbase, shared with only the Trailer Special.
No F350 4WD's till 1979, and none were SCS's.
So Bill, is there any idea of the # of 140" wb built? I am looking at a 73 SCS, and wondering if I should, (I mean, I KNOW I SHOULD) but I am not the only one I have to convince!
for some reason, she thinks she has a say in it....
