Icon Vehicle Dynamics will give you the best ride in a leaf spring setup. 100% made in the USA and they have a lifetime warranty.
Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2000-2004 FSD 8 inch All Spring Suspension System - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

Icon 10.5" (includes crossover steering and relocated trac bar that is needed at that height:
Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2000-2004 FSD 10.5 inch Suspension System - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

If you wanted to to go to coilovers in the front the Full Traction coilover conversion is a very nice setup with very good geometry and contruction:
Full Traction 8 Inch 4-Link I.C.G Conversion - Late 1999-2004 F250/350 4wd - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

Or, for top of line One Up Offroad is working on a 10" system I believe. Here's a link to their 12"
One Up Offroad 300 Series 12 Inch Suspension System for Late 1999-2004 FSD F250/F350 SRW - 2000-2004 F250/F350 SRW 4wd - Truck Toyz Store

Same system that Marty and Justin (tech/fabricator) have on their trucks and beat the snot of.

I run a 8.5" Icon on my truck with the Dynatrac Super Duty Combo Kit for my steering under my 01 and clear 38/15.50R20 Dick Cepek Mud Country tires.

check out Rize industries. they build some pretty awesome stuff. If you have really deep pockets you could also go to kelderman air ride's web site to do a little research. I hear they have an unbelievable ride, and you can adjust the height while you drive. my least favorite thing about kelderman is the big brackets that hang down.

You need a 05+ to get Rize.

Kelderman.....I wouldn't recommend it, OUO is much better in terms of geometry and construction.

If you hit the "Configure" button in the store you can add the King Coilovers and rear suspension options needed to make it a complete lift.

I would recommend a 8" to clear the 37s. Marco's truck shown on the Full Traction page is (was) a 8" with 37s

If you need any help, let me know.

You need to add the King Coilovers.

For the rear, Most will go with the Icon 8" Rear Spring Option.

And if you want matching shocks, the King 2.5s or one of the cheaper options.

Since you have a crew cab, you'll need either the Icon carrier bearing drop or the OUO bracket gives you a little more adjustability.

The steering stabilizers are up to you. I like them and recommend them, if you want to match the Kings I'd do the OUO cover with the King 2.5

I would private message you but I can't since you don't have enough posts to use that function yet, feel free to drop me an email at the address listed in my sig though.

And you will need to either have your front driveshaft lengthened or get an aftermarket one with a 8" lift.

AGR Rock Ram....I wouldn't recommend it. With a 37" tire I don't think it's really needed.
If you wanted a hydraulic assist, I'd go with PSC.

Installation price on the lift? Or the Hydraulic Assist steering?
