explorer 2002 4.0L code P0775

explorer 2002 4.0L code P0775
Hello amigos, need your help.
i have a transmission problem, trans. is shot 2 times,
first time came in with code P0775 and burn clutches, super kit, torque converter, new solenoids and tr sensor, when home dpoing good.
2 wheeks later customer cames back with same code and transmission shot.
repair internal damage, replase torque converter and a new set of solenois, when home ok.
3 weeks (today) came back with same code an transmission is shot.
