from what i heard you can only get 35 gal at once and cant reuse the card until a certain time latter thus keeping u from filling up a buddy or ur other vehicles.,i like to find out though
Well Dodge is pulling out all the stops. Doesnt surprise me at all. Trucks arnt selling well at all. Dodge is really feeling the heat. Id be very leary off this gimmick. In the end my guess is that Dodge will cost you more dollars in the end then a similar Ford would. Despite the fuel card. Ford also has some really sweet deals going on. Check it out before you make any decisions. Sympathies to your dad an brother on buying Dodges. If they drove Fords before it wont be long they will be back in one. Resale values on Dodges are terrible. What you gain on this fuel card you lose more on resale value. JMO. Sorry if I Im blunt but its just how I see it. Good Luck an keep it Ford you wont be sorry.
i feel the same way about the dodge ford thing. i have 2 friends that made the mistake of buying dodges, and 6 that leased them. they all hate them.
not the diesel engine, but the rest of the truck. and they all cant wait to get rid of them and get back into a ford.
All this promotion means is people are paying too much for the Dodge and Dodge wants to avoid a rebate war they can't match or afford to start. The new investors need a cash infusion.
1. They estimate the mpg of the vehicle you buy, then allow enough gallons to go 12K miles per year. 2. If you take this deal, you lose the other rebates. It is a joke. Think about this: you have a truck that gets 16 mpg. They allow you 750 gallons of fuel per year @ 2.99. So if gas is $4 a gallon, you save $750 annually. It is only good for 3 years. 3 x $750 = $2250! If you lose the $5500+ rebates to get this $2250 savings, then who is the loser? 3. The main reason not to take it is : IT'S A DODGE!!!!!! Check the resale values of Dodge Rams and Ford F-Series; there is no comparison.
