changing the stereo
So I might be able to get an old sony display unit stereo for really cheap (last years model) for my truck from work but I've got a few questions. First off, will changing just the head unit and not the speakers really make all that much of a difference? Second, since the stock unit is huge I would have to get one of those adaptor kits to make it fit. Anybody got any pics or insight of what those things look like in there? I don't want to make my dash look like junk.
