Spring Upgrade Question

I have an opportunity to get springs off a 99 F350 cheap. Would this be a wise upgrade to my 00 X or would they be too stiff when compared to the F250 springs everyone talks about getting? My X is otherwise stock and I just got it so no towing yet but I will be soon. I have a 16' utility trailer that I load up to 6-8K and looking for a 30' TT.

Should be fine. Just be prepared to level the front to keep things proportional.

The springs are basically the same between the F250 & 350. The block is the biggest difference.

i wouldn't waste your time and money. the springs aren't that expensive from ford brand new. and chances are that the used springs are sagging anyway. do you even know what code they are?
