Creaking passenger door

Creaking passenger door
i know this sounds petty, but it's driving me crazy! 05 EB, 53k, passenger door creaks loud when opening and closing. i've tried tri-flow teflon lube and silicone lube on both hinges and the black support rod in between the hinges. nothing! anyone had this issue and been able to correct?

I've used lithium white grease forever but start with WD40 first to get down inside.
