Why Dana Axles?????????
Hey you all i have a question, why is it that everyone gets those dana front and rear axles, and not just leave the stock ones on, is it just the basic idea that those dana's are stronger or what thanks guys.

The dana axles came stock in most of the trucks prior to 79 to way back in the early 60s it think a dana 44 was stock in all 1/2 and most 3/4 ton 4x4s the dana came in the 3/4 tons for over 30 years. In a lot of cases the dana axles are what the truck came with most people that upgrade are just putting 3/4 ton axles in 1/2 tons because they are breaking them due to offroading with big tires and stuff like that, really no reason to mess with axle upgrades unless stuff is breaking.
