Question Question about something

as some of u know I recently purchassed a truck real cheap and it has a 302 in it. I am replacing some stuff on the motor to get it running, and my question is what the heck do I have to do to pull the Oil Pan off? it's a 95 F-150 4x4, I have done everything but pull the motor or tranny out, help me if you can, well I did loosen the mounting bolts for the motor and lift it some and that didn't help any at all. And how do u add pics?..lol

Adding Pictures..

when you see the "Reply" interface you will find an "Insert Picture" icon. First you need to have the picture stored on the internet somewhere like Photobucket or Flickr, or your own server. Once you click the "insert picture" icon, insert the URL of where your picture is stored. The url syntax will look like this http://www.theillustratedman.com/f250.jpg

Can't help with the truck question, but being a computer geek at heart, I can help with this.....

ty Creel for that Link, and ty Jim for the info as well. I unbolted the exhaust and motor mounts yesterday and still didn't have any luck so I will try the oil pump next, The only bad part is that I snapped a manifold bolt on the exhaust joy joy, and got my motor out of kilter, (it's leaning to one side) after I used the fork truck to lift it up some. but it will go back into place I'm sure. ty for the help fella's. I will keep u updated as to how things go.

this is the truck I am referring to

it is missing a factory rim, and I will be removing the running boards and hopefully replace them w/nerf bars

the corners of the hood are dented in and needs to be replaced along w/the hood springs
<The truck I am driving currently and that will be up for sale in a couple of weeks

I like your 95, its a twin of mine except for the 4wd. Thats the first time I have seen anyone mention issues with the hood hinges.

The info in that thread pretty much covers it, and should work.
