I posting this to get some of your fed back on getting items from Jusnes Modified. I placed an order May 9th for a volant CAI from Jusnes, got a quick e-mail back stating my order was recieved. I have yet to recieve my order!!! I e-mailed Mr Jusnes with no reponse back from him!!! I did not see any negative responses on this site , but after wondering where my order was i seen a few on other sites ( i would not have ordered from someone that has complaints) . I even looked up this guys phone number through the internet and it says the phone number has been disconnected. Called the brothers Kristoffers number and reached the father, he gave me bobs number still no responce from him after leaving a message. Im not sure if others of you have had bad service from this company or not ??? Just seems like bad business practice to me. At least an e-mail would be nice letting me know what is going on. i guess next time i will just pay a little more and have my parts in a couple of days. How do i go about getting my money back I payed through paypal?? If any of you have a good place to order our parts through please let me know

Never received any e-mails from you after my first e-mail that you recieved my order. May be my e-mail not sure? What e-mail did you use?? Do you have a phone number at the business??? Plus seeing the negative posts really had me worried. I figured since i recieved the first e-mail though i should recieve any sent after that. It looks like that e-mail came from your brother kristoffer. Please keep me informed on the progress of my order , or just give me a phone call when you find out any info tracking number etc.

The email from my brother is just an automatically generated order confirmation. The emails I sent you would have come from rmjusnes@gmail.com. We do not have a business phone number, since both of us have a full time day job. We contact our customers via email, which also ensures communication during the evening and weekend hours, when other companies would be unreachable. It also allows us to maintain a low overhead so we are able to keep our prices low.
Your case is an odd one. Typically, our vendor will ship the intake out the next day, but because they did not stock the PowerCore intake, it was sent to Volant directly. All we are waiting on now is to hear back from the Volant rep to find out the tracking information.
I apologize that you didnt get my earlier emails, and im sure that has caused some confusion. I dont like seeing negative posts, because I do the best I can to keep the customers happy. Its a shame now that I have this negative thread all because the emails I sent didn't get to you
