Wow, unbelievable amount of information available on this forum, I am so stoked I came across it!! I have learned enough so far to know I knew nothing about the capabilities of the 7.3L.
Since lurking around here and absorbing some knowledge I have installed the 6637 filter, did the EBP cleaning, AIH delete, foil removal, and pulled the trigger today on a Hog Perfromance 4" stainless turbo back exhaust system off eBay. I am keeping my fingers crossed I did not get screwed, such an amazing deal for stainless exhaust I will post again and give an update on the result.
Next come the gauges, a valve body and of course the DP tuner. I can't wait to get my truck running the way it deserves to run, it's just a matter of time, I have the often expensive but never regretted PMS. . .

Hey Josh welcome.
Its a great place here for sure. I've been on many forums but this one ended up being my home page. Keep us updated on the new activity and of course enjoy.

I found this forum doing a search on how to change the CPS. That was just last October. My truck was bone stock and I didn't even appreciate what I had. Look at my sig and you'll see how fast I have learned to appreciate the 7.3 PSD. I was hooked from day one. Became a supporter by my seventh post. That took maybe ten days. No other forums can compare to this one when it comes to the type of people I like to be around. This is as much a family as it is a forum.
Edit: And the sig doesn't cover all the great maintenance I have learned to do. I now take care of my truck better than I take care of myself.
Yes, welcome to the greatest forum on the 7.3, and probably the greatest forum on this site. Although I'm currently overseas and will be away from my truck for a while (just started a 4 month tour in Iraq), I get my fix here. The good news is that pretty much all the trucks here are Fords, and a whole lot of those are PSDs (6.0s though). There are a few Dodges, and even fewer GMs. I snapped a pic of our trucks behind the shop here, and it's kind of a cool tribute to our favorite brand of trucks here in the AoR.
I'll post those pics a bit later when I can. Kind of a pain here dealing with pics on Uncle Sam's PCs.
