Is there a difference?
I honestly don't know, but I don't think that there would be one...

Nothing, and I mean nothing, stirs the soul, saying I'm a bad **** like lettin'em rip with a window shaking, fuel gulpin, carbon monoxide belchin, attention gettin, V-oh my LORD!-8!
Got a sorta answer for you. I once took a stock 312 out of a 57 pickup and put it in a 59 Ranchero. The truck used a stamped steel L-shaped mount that bolted directly to the timing chain cover using the lower four (?) bolts outboard of the location where the crank comes thru the cover. Side mounts were not used but the threaded bolt bosses were there. Everything appeared identical to the car application and the engine mounted in exactly like a car block. Could be wrong, but, don't think there is an external difference between the car and truck application (including timing covers). HTH

I have both the car EBU 6058 C and truck versions of the timing covers and there is a difference where the front engine mount goes. The truck cover C1TE 6058 F has deeper bosses where the bolts go thru at the bottom of the cover to match up with the front egine mount bracket. Also there is a difference in water pumps bewtween them, the truck cover takes a slightly larger pump that will not interchange with the car pump.
I just tried to replace my 239 water pump with a 272 water pump Because I wanted to get rid of the fan brackets. The bolt pattern is diffrent & the 239 has a bigger turbine on the back of the pump( not sure what the correct name).
