My 05 ex has started getting water when it rains on the passenger side wiring valley under the entry panels.Noticed carpet getting wett on edges pulled the panel up and there was water in the valley. It has done that twice now.weatherstripping looks good any ideas?Thank you
Are you positive that its not windshield washer fluid maybe? The only reason I ask is that it is a known issue to have washer fluid drain there if there is a leak to the rear squirter. Just a thought.
Mine was doing the same thing. The roofline along the top of the windshield was rotted out and leaking down into the wiring. Found it out after the dash shorted out and cost $1500 to fix.

I betcha it is the line for the window washer. Do a search on it and you'll find exactly where it is.
I pulled the door entry covers off and found the washer house. Can not locate any leaks.Even tried using the rear washer and no wetness in the area.Still stumped and checking any areas. I am thinking maybe something under neath is not sealed good and in heavy rain when i drive maybe its getting in y=that way. I will pull interior out of passenger side when I get time if I can not solve.Thank you everyone and any other help is very appreciated.

Just in case the OP wanted to check...
If you pull back the passenger carpet from the top (near dash) outside (near fender) corner...you will find the fitting. A black elbow will be in the sheet metal with a rubber grommet...a rubber boot will be on that fitting...a semi-rigid hose should be pushed into that rubber boot...
THIS is your washer fluid delivery system. That semi-rigid hose is very prone to coming out of the rubber boot...I've had to re-insert mine at least 3 times...I haven't zip tied mine yet...I figure it is an easy fix and there are obviously pressure issues someplace in the line during certain times of year (i.e. ice)...this point is an easy access...if I zip tied this one...where would it pop off next is my worry...and how hard is it to get to?...just paranoia on my part...
But wanted you to know that checking this fitting is very easy...just a small tug of the top outside corner of the carpet and all will be revealed if this is your issue...
Checked fitting on passenger side under carpet on firewall and it is good and tight with no leaks. I can''t understand what is going on we had some pretty good rain the other day and dry as a bone. I will keep trying to locate the cause of this mystery leak. Thank you everyone.
i would try having a friend with a gardern hose, squirt warter directly to the under carage and around the door and A pillar and windshield, with you inside until you see the water entering the x...
