1995 F-150
I have a 1995 f-150 with the 302 motor and e4od transmission with electronic shift transfer case. I would like to swap a 5 speed transmission into my truck and was wondering what it would take, pedals transmission flywheel clutch and if there are any companys that specialize in this, and if the ford 5 speed transmission will take the place of the e4od or if I will need a different transfer case driveshafts etc>

You'll need the pedal bracket assembly from the same body style of truck, a small block tranny either an M5OD or the ZF, the hydraulics, the floor pan(small section thats bolted to the tranny hump), and possibly the crossmember. Your t-case should bolt to the tranny, just make sure you get a 4x4 tranny. I dont know if the auto is shorter/longer than the manual so driveshaft resizing may be needed. There is a spot marked on the firewall for you to drill and mount you clutch master cylinder. This is a very simple process, if you can replace a clutch, you can do this swap.
