This is the case for you, because you are not domiciled in Indiana. Over here, the Dept. of Revenue, (as in tax collectors), run the DOT program. You can't hide, you can't cheat, and you don't win.
It is far better to pay as you play, keep very good records, use quickbooks, and hire a good lawyer and a good accountant.

That taxes on fuel part must just be to where you are at, but the first part is just about in every state you don't have to do if your under 26,001(and no that isn't a typo). The only way around that if your over is if you meet another requirement that is exempt from that.
