problems...
Hey guys, sorry to bother but I have a few problems and maybe they are very simple but being as though i've got the overdrive automatic 1994 is my locking TC vacuum or electronically operated? Also my cruise was working great a couple days ago and I used it the next day and it doesn't work at all now, any ideas or suggestions as to what might be wrong or what I should look for or test, the buttons in the steering wheel test good, also the light on the overdrive/drive button on the shift select hasn't worked in years, would it be a good idea to replace it cause doesn't it blink if theres a fault in the system? thanks-hopefully im not forgetting anything

All electronic, get a 95 and earlier Ford code reader at Walmart, or your favorite auto parts store, about 30 bucks, all instructions included to read an trouble shoot where to start looking for problems without spending a lot of money swapping out good parts. Does you speedometer and tach work flawlessly, the need to as the transmission control uses these signals to control shifts. also, speed sensors required for the crusie control.
