I need to know who will be at the G2G, and which days.
Washington State Parks have certain requirements:
-Fees for the group site are based on the number of people.
-Cancellations or changes have to be made 1 month prior.
-The Ranger at Lake Easton told me that they needed a list of license plates
for those attending.
Thus far I have very few responses in the plate thread. In fact, not enough to justfy having a group site. By the 19th of May 2008, I need to have confirmed information from those that will be there. If there will be less than 20, we can't have the group site.
By the 19th of May I will have to make 1 of 3 decisions:
1. We have the predicted number, and I will do nothing.
2. We will have atleast 20 people, and I can have the fee downgraded.
3. There is insufficient interest, and I need to cancel the site.
Based on information posted in this thread and the license plate thread, I will make a decision. I will take a look at 9pm on the 19th and make my decision. I will post the information on the 20th of May.
mike I was gonna see if I could make it over, since I might be out that way around then, then I remembered its on the 20-22nd and i'll be in cali. bummer you guys need to come towards the east side/spokane area
Mike, we will be there. 3 of us. Plus Jerry, Terry and Bonnie, and their diesel vehicles. I still need to contact the ranger orifice about my items, but not worried about it.
Marty will be there as well. Same as myself, need to make contact. We may end up next door. All is extremely close. The snow still has not melted to the group area. A lot is up there.
I forgot it was Lake Easton :-) my bad. that'd be good if I wasnt out of town. Somewhere around there for the next G2G and if work does not conflict I could head up there probably.
Thank you Mike for all your effort at putting this together and I hope it goes off well with many. I'am amazed at how many want to go but cant (myself included, even though we've known about this for months) because some other non negotiable affair has been arranged for us on this exact weekend. Go figure that its not important to everyone else we want to go hang with our fellow FORD truck buddies. Totally unfair, but please try again soon, would ya?!!
