was getting 28mpg in his gas car. Now at 33. After tons of wireing for oxgen sensor and voltage regulation.
Now he talking about his deisel truck. What would be the concerns of long term damage and some of the problems with deisel fuel regulation or possible running his pistons to hot( egt ) etc.? These trucks aren't cheap to fix i am concerned he will dropping pistons on the road.. Anyone try this? 17% increase in fuel mileage is tempting though.
Parkland is doing right now with his truck, I have been building one in my office, havent workend up the nads yet to put one on the truck. But we have had explosions, minor, but effective.. It is pretty easy to make, even easier ( except on the pocket book ) to buy. I believe he is showing about a 20% increase, with no problems.
I am just concerned about the long term damage if any. Not knowing if you get the fuel to air to temperature just right. And with any problems with the Turbo. I am not an engine master just concerned for him messing up somthing major in the long run.

And that my friend is why I dont have the nads to toss it on my truck yet.. Would love to toss this on a junker, and giver her a whirl, but again, no nads, left them in the wifes purse.
My friend got an increase of 13 % in his gas mileage, he has been driving it for a month now, doesn't seem like there is any problems with the diesel truck. I know a guy who had an increase of 24% in his mileage, although this is not 50%, the results are promissing!
The two guys I know went to this website water as car gas, I am about to do this on my ford as well. I will keep you updated on my conversion.
