F14SLAG0320
so far i hav f150 4wheel drive, with a 400, and it was manufactured in michigan. however the "AG" after the "F14SL" i have never seen before on a trucks of this era vin number.
i cant find what they mean. anyone with some input?
In mid 77 the serial number makeup changed. I believe it's the fourth digit from the end changed from a "zero" to an "O". Could be vise versa, I don't have my registration handy.
Number Dummy might help.
My best guess is that you have a 78 F-100 4WD with a 400cid. 1978 and 1979 they apparently switched to two letters for the first two places of the last six of the vin.
F14 - F150
S - 400cid engine
L - Michigan
AG0320 - Serial (1978?)
